Made-to-Order: Each I.H.F Atelier design is individually crafted after an order is placed. Standard returns and exchanges are therefore not available.
Manufacturing Issues: If you believe your order has an issue attributable to the Brand, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number, an unboxing video, clear photographs, and a brief description of the concern.
Conditions: The product must remain in its original condition and must not have been worn or used. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Client Assistance: Before production begins, our Client Services team is available to advise on sizing, silhouette, fit, proportion, and styling.
Customized Products: Selected details or elements of a design may be modified upon request. Customization fees range from 15% to 30%, depending on complexity. All changes and associated fees must be approved before production.
Response Time: Our team will review the information provided and respond within 24 hours with a proposed resolution.

1. How to exchange products?
Please provide a video of unboxing and the order confirmation email.
Send the exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the product. After this, no complaints will be accepted.

Refunds or cancellations are only accepted if the error is from I.H.F Studio. We offer exchanges instead, with the new product being of equal or higher value. No refund for price differences.
We do not accept refunds or order cancellations in cases where the customer refuses or fails to pay import duties, taxes, or any related customs fees required by the destination country.
