Atelier Credit is one part of IHF STUDIO REWARDS. Your membership tier is determined separately by eligible spend and unlocks additional service, access and recognition.

How do I join IHF STUDIO REWARDS?
Create or sign in to your IHF STUDIO customer account. Existing customers will be placed into the appropriate tier based on the eligible spend recognised by the programme.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Additional points may also be earned through selected activities such as profile completion, eligible feedback, birthday privileges and successful referrals.
What do my points mean?
Your points record recognised activity within IHF STUDIO REWARDS. When eligible, they may be used to access Atelier Credit. Available credit options are shown within your private rewards account after sign-in.
How do I access Atelier Credit?
Sign in and open View My Rewards. Any Atelier Credit currently available to you, together with the applicable purchase conditions, will be shown within your private rewards experience.
Does using Atelier Credit affect my VIP tier?
No. Your rewards balance and your VIP tier are separate. Your VIP tier is determined by eligible spend, so using Atelier Credit does not move you down a tier.
How is my VIP tier determined?
Your tier is based on eligible spend with IHF STUDIO: Muse from $0, Signature from $1,000, Society from $2,000, Private from $5,000 and Collector from $10,000.
What benefits do I receive?
Each tier includes the benefits of the previous tier and unlocks additional privileges as you progress. Every tier receives 500 birthday points, while higher tiers add further benefits such as private access, personalised gifting and styling services. Atelier Credit remains available through the rewards experience when eligible.
Where can I track my points and tier?
Sign in to your customer account and select View My Rewards to see your current point balance, available Atelier Credit and tier information.
When are purchase points confirmed?
Points are earned on eligible product value only and are confirmed once the order has passed the applicable return or cancellation period. Points are not earned on shipping charges, gift cards, cancelled orders or refunded product value.
What happens to my points after a return?
Points earned from a returned or refunded product will be removed from your balance. Where Atelier Credit was used, the applicable return and reward conditions shown within IHF STUDIO REWARDS will apply.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 18 months from your most recent qualifying points-earning activity. Where available, reminders may be sent approximately 90 days, 30 days and 7 days before expiry.
How do I add my birthday?
Sign in, open Ways to Earn, select the birthday activity and save your birth month and day. All IHF STUDIO REWARDS tiers receive 500 birthday points when the birthday reward is eligible.
