1. How to exchange products?
Please provide a video of unboxing and the order confirmation email.
Send the exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the product. After this, no complaints will be accepted.
Read our policies carefully before placing an order to avoid exchanges (process may take up to 1 month).

Products must be in original condition with tags and accessories, unaltered, undamaged, and unused.

5. Exchanging for a different product
For personal preference, you cover shipping, customs fees, and taxes.
The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value. No refund for price differences.

We follow the exchange policy of the respective platform.
7. How to exchange products
Visit our store or use a courier. Ensure proper packaging and take photos of the product before returning. Contact our hotline for guidance.
8. Exchange time frame
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Each product can only be exchanged once.
9. Refund or cancellation policy
Refunds or cancellations are only accepted if the error is from I.H.F Studio. We offer exchanges instead, with the new product being of equal or higher value. No refund for price differences.
We do not accept refunds or order cancellations in cases where the customer refuses or fails to pay import duties, taxes, or any related customs fees required by the destination country.
